Late Packet Pickup

Update as of 5pm on March 16: Late Packet Pickup requests are no longer available. If you don't have your bib but arrive on Sunday morning at the race site BEFORE 600pm, we will try to accomodate you.

Normal packet pickup will be Friday, March 15, 2024, and Saturday, March 16, 2024, at the Embassy Suites Raleigh-Durham-Research Triangle at 201 Harrison Oaks Boulevard, Cary , NC 27513.

Friday, March 15, 2024: 3:00pm to 8:00pm
Saturday, March 16, 2024: 10:00am to 5:00pm

Special packet pickup provisions will be made for the first 50 runners who request it. These runners must have a qualified need, such as flying in and not arriving in time or travelling from over 2 hours away. For those of you who request RACE DAY packet pickup, please plan to be at the information tent on race morning BEFORE 6:00am. (Note: Even if you fill out this form, you may pick up your bib at the Expo on Friday or Saturday if you arrive earlier than expected.)

Note: This late pickup does not apply to Parking Passes. If you have a Parking Pass, you must pick it up BEFORE race day.

IF YOU DO NOT ARRIVE ON-SITE BEFORE 6:00am, you WILL NOT have a bib to run with, and you will not get a time.

Note: If you didn't fill out this form but experience unexpected travel delays, come on race morning; you will be able to run, but please arrive at the race site before 6:00am.
